Privacy Policy

Last updated 8 September 2026

Nuform Pilates operates studios in Gerringong and Bomaderry, New South Wales. This page explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it and what we do with it. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

What we collect

Why we collect it

Enquiries made through Facebook or Instagram

If you send us your details through a form inside Facebook or Instagram, Meta passes those details to us and also holds them under its own privacy policy. We use them to contact you about the programme you enquired about. We do not sell them, and we do not pass them to anyone outside the people listed below.

Who else handles your information

We use third party providers to run the studio, including our class booking and payment platform, our email provider and Meta for advertising. They may store information outside Australia. We only give them what they need to do their job for us.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry records for up to two years, and member records for as long as you are a member plus seven years, which is what our tax and insurance obligations require.

Keeping it safe

Your information is held in password protected systems with access limited to Nuform staff who need it. No system is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect it and we will tell you if a breach is likely to cause you serious harm.

Seeing or correcting your information

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we will respond within 30 days.

Complaints and contact

If you have a question or a complaint about your privacy, contact us at info@nuform-studio.com. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
