Our original studio, open since 2019, sits in the heart of Gerringong, a short walk from Werri Beach and minutes from Kiama and Berry. Reformer, Barre, Mat Pilates and Reformer Stretch classes run from 5:30am, with instructors who guide you through every exercise. Whether it's your first class or your five hundredth, you'll find a room that's welcoming rather than intimidating.
